Gin tonic is wonderful. Both lime type and lemon type are delicious, but lemon type is preferred.

Owner speaks English pretty decently; I don't think you can make reservations though, as it only seats 6 people and these seats need to be filled. Just show up, if you have to wait just go for a sake in the bar across the hallway.
It only has 6 seats in the entire bar. But it's a possibility.
